In 1964, the company started out as a small shop located at Crossing, Calamba City, Laguna with pioneering services offered in motor rewinding, battery assembly and repair. From rewinding jobs evolved other services such as overhauling, jeep repair, dealership of RAMCAR batteries under the business name WILLIAM ELECTRIC AND MOTOR WORKS in 1967.
